Week 37

Monday- After emails, we finished our game of risk. I won! Lol. By a long shot. Then we went shopping and then balled at the rec. Then had dinner at the Freston's and played Kubb. Then we went and tried by investigators with no luck!

Tuesday- Studied and then did service at FHL. Got through a huge stack of donations! :D then had lunch and went and taught J S about Priesthood duties. Fun time and great lesson. Left there and went and saw W and D. Then went finding for a little bit. Not too much luck. Then after all that, we had dinner at the Hansen's and taught A C. He's brother Hansen's coworker. Super great guy and a really bomb restoration lesson. Then we got dropped off at our apt and cleaned up a little.

Wednesday- Woke up had studies and went to FHL again! Lol. Did ton of work there and then we had lunch with LANCE FELT at subway!!!! He came back for spring break!!! Super awesome!! Then we had comp study. Then we took the sister's car former finding. No luck!!!!! We got in with no one... hahaha. They just aren't ready to hear the message. Bummer! Then we did some finding and had dinner at the Horrock's. Great time! Had a great lesson with the Horrock's. Then filled out teaching records and waited for the 4 other elders to show up that were staying the night! Lol. I cut Elder Stone and Elder Adams hair! Turned out super good! :D gave up bed for Elder Page. I slept on our worst couch and got like 4-5 hrs of sleep.... lol.

Thursday- Did morning sports at the church. Us elders played bball. Sisters didn't come.... lol. ZONE CONFERENCE We had a great time there and learned a ton!!!!!! Got fed lunch too!!! :D That always makes us happy! Got over with at about 5:15 pm.... then we cleaned up our apt some from where others Elders had stayed night before and then had dinner at the apt. Then went and balled at the church. Got back and the Assistants are staying with us! Lol. They wouldn't take our beds... so I slept good! Lol.

Friday- Went to run with the Heap's, but, it was too windy!!! Like 30 mph winds!!! So, went back and ate and had studies and then INTERVIEWS. Good morning! Then we weekly planned a little before Jon Strahan picked us up and took us out to eat. After lunch, we did service at his house! I am basically a plumber.... lol. Fixed his sink problems! :D. And pipe problems out back. Then we finished weekly planning, got cleaned up and did some finding again! Found a few nice potentials. Then we had dinner with the Mortensen's at Tokyo. Super bomb! I ate my whole dinner with Chopsticks!!! #boss. Then did family history afterward.

Saturday- had studies and then did service at the zoo! Then had lunch and comp study. Taught I and his dad, J! Then we had a lesson with A M. Helped her on FH and taught about our Heavenly Mother! Then had dinner with the Felts. Then went by and had a bomb lesson with Levi! He was struggling and we were able to teach the lesson and allow the spirit to testify of God's love for him. He said he needed it. Great time!!!

Sunday- got up and had personal study. Went to correlation with Brother Freston. Church was good. I and J came! Turns out it was Fast Sunday.... so, they got to hear all the testimonies. :D hahaha. Then after church we went over and saw them and ate pizza. Good time! Then talked to Js mom and set up service with her! Super good. Then we had dinner at the Horrock's. Great dinner! Then contacted a referral from the sisters. Didn't go so well.... he did NOT want to talk to us! Lol. So after that we went and balled with some kids we saw as we went to bike to see W and D. Then we saw W and D. Great time.

Monday- Woke up and did laundry! :D had a fun time and a good study! :D Now we are here emailing.

Week 36

Monday- after emails, us and Spanish went and shopped! Took a lot of time but I got some new ball shoes! They are sweet! Haha. Then we went and balled with Lovingsbend Elders at the Rec! Super fun. These shoes have a ton of grip! Lol. They are brand new! Then we had dinner at the B's. Super awesome. Their daughter gave the FHE lesson about missionary work. Hahaha. So we told experiences and told them how awesome a mission is! Then we went and stopped by and saw Sis B and got VIP tickets for Mccallisters. Great day overall!

Tuesday- Studied and then had district meeting. After DM we got lunch at Mccallisters with the ZL's and then me and Elder Schreoder did service at the M's! We helped them pack up two storage units in a 26 ft U-haul. We packed it all in about half the truck! Then we had to go. Ate dinner and showered to clean up. Then we went and contacted at an apt complex. Was super awesome! We had tons of success. One lady said some harsh and incorrect things about our church, but Elder Schreoder bore testimony to her and then we left. Fun time! Then we had leadership training. Great day. :D

Wednesday- woke up had personal study and then we went chasing down potentials in Roswell. We had exchange review afterwards and then left for Carlsbad! Once in Carlsbad, we ate lunch and got to work. Stopped by some investigators. Took Lovingsbend back their car, and went and saw the Ws. We had a 1 on 1 lesson with J W! Then we had dinner at the Vandekraats. Stopped by afterward to see T S and he said for us to not come back... saddening! Then we stopped by a referral. He answered the door naked..... luckily he hid his stuff! Hahaha. Then talked to the Fs and got some food to take home. Went back to apt afterward.

Thursday- Did morning sports at the church. Us elders played bball. Sisters didn't come.... lol. Had studies and then went to FHL. We had a great time there! Got fed lunch too!!! :D that always makes us happy! Then we went and saw B and RM. Shared scripture with R and just talked to him. Gave B a blessing. I hate seeing old people like that... once its my time, I wanna go! Then we balled up D, J, and C on 5^th street courts again (did it with Elder Kay and B transfer and a half ago!) We won as always!!! #Ballers! Then we taught D about the plan of salvation! Great lesson! Then went and got cleaned up a little. Cleaned the church with other missionaries and the Hansen's. Then we balled up! I came again! Super good time. :D I killed it in my new shoes! I was on fire!! scored at least 5-7 points each game(going to 11)!!

Friday- had studies and then Elder Stone gave a baptismal interview to one of Lovingsbend's investigators. Then weekly planned and cleaned the apt. It looks spiffy! Then we exchanged with Spanish and me and Elder Gutierrez became comps! We did service at A's. Got cleaned up, and then had 3 bomb lessons back to back! Taught I for 15 min and then set a baptismal date with him. Then taught L for 45 and set a baptismal date with him!!! Then had dinner at the apt, then we taught J W with Max Felt and set a baptismal date with him. Super bomb day! Killed it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The Spirit was boss.

Saturday- had studies and then service at J S with the Horrocks! Was great! Finished his steps and then brother Horrocks took me and Elder Gutierrez to lunch at Blake's Lot-a-burger. Then we got cleaned up, switched comps and went finding! Me and Elder Humphrey taught 5 lessons in 2 hrs! Super awesome!!! really hot, but great time teaching!! I loved it :D :D :D. Then we had dinner at the apt. Sis Cornum bought us pizza. We ate and then we stopped by L and talked with him for a few minutes.

Sunday- got up and had personal study. Went to correlation with Brother Freston. J W came to church!!!!!!!!!! L and J and I didnt.... :'( . but, we had a good sacrament meeting. :D helped teach the youth Sunday School class! We role played with the youth! Then we had Priesthood. Great day! Then had lunch at the apt. Taught A M afterward, and saw D again! Taught him about the Restoration and it blew his mind a little! Then we ate and then did family history with Sister Davis! She helped me learn how to do family history and get started! Was great time of learning! Working on the Zeagler line!!!! then went to apt.

Monday- Woke up and did laundry! :D had a fun time and a good study! :D Now we are here emailing.

Week 35

Monday- after emails, us and Spanish went and played disk golf with a less active and an investigator from the Pecos River ward! Super windy, but fun! Haha. Then we went and balled with Lovingsbend Elders at the Rec! Super fun. Need new shoes bad.... my ball shoes have no grip! Lol. Then we had dinner at the R's. Hahaha. Elder Stone got his face SLAMMED into his cake! Hahaha. Then we went as stopped by and saw I. Great day!

Tuesday- Studied and then went to FHL. They were packed! Haha. So helped them out by filling orders, sorting through donations, and organizing stuff. Love serving there. Was great! Then we had lunch. Went and helped J W build his chicken pen! Haha. Super fun time and funny! Bunch of laughs. :D got cleaned up and then tried by some investigators. Went to dinner at the F's. Good time. Then we went and taught J S! Super good time and seemed to help him. He likes us :D. Then we went to volleyball with Spanish! The Elders won all three games!!! haha. Super bomb! They couldn't get us.

Wednesday- Woke up had personal study and then we went to district training at the chapel with the zone leaders. :D Super great!! Then we had lunch in our apt and we went finding on some streets we set apart the day before! We met 2 bomb people. Was able to use a country song in a lesson!! hahaha! SUPER AMAZING!!!!!!! lol. Loved it. Then we went and saw I! Read more with him and then had dinner in our apt. Helped the sisters with moving a member of their ward. Fun time. I love service! Makes me super happy! Then went back to apt.

Thursday- Had studies and then went to FHL. Then we ate lunch and then helped A at her house! Worked on her yard some more! Then we helped the Bs put up lights under their garage out back! Then we got cleaned up and went and saw Gavin, a guy we met contacting Wednesday. Had a good lesson on 3 Nephi 11. Then we stopped by and talked to I before heading up to the church for dinner and helping the Relief Society clean up after their dinner. Then balled it up. D came out to ball. Balled it up and had a fun time. My shoes are about done though! Haha. Got tons of bruised ribs from Sis Sullivan! Lol.

Friday- Had studies and then we got a washer and dryer from Brother Tyndall in the Pecos River ward! :D Then used the Spanish elders car and drove up to north part of town and had a bomb lesson with L R on the commandments! :D then we had lunch in our apt. Then went and saw the Ws. Taught them about the commandments again too! Good time. Tons of laughs! They are super funny people. Haha. Then we started weekly planning. Interrupted it to have a lesson with A and J with E M at the FHC on Samuel the Lamanite! Great lesson. Then we finished weekly planning and had dinner in our apt and went and saw I. He had a rough day and was tore up. So we just talked with him and read a scripture of comfort I had sent him that morning! Super amazing!!! I love the moments in the mission like that!

Saturday- had studies and then service at the zoo! Was great! Got Spanish to drop us off at the A's so I could get a haircut! :D biked back, got cleaned up and ate lunch. Then went to a lesson at the W's again with Brother Barney. Talked about prayer and how to improve our prayers. Then had prompting to go by Sis Strieby. Brother Barney took us over and she was in need of a blessing! Really great prompting. Super glad I was able to follow it! Then we got our bikes and went finding. Found a Spanish family. Haha. Turned them over to Spanish! Then we had dinner from subway. Tried by investigators afterward. Weather got pretty bad.... so we stopped at I's and they told us to come in. They had family over so we talked to them and I learned part of a song on guitar!!!! super fun! Hahaha. Then we had tacos with them! lol

Sunday- got up and had personal study. Went to correlation with Brother Freston. Had a good sacrament meeting. :D then we had the rest of church! After church we ate at the S's! :D left there and taught some kids at an apt complex. Was super fun. Lol. Then we taught L! Tried to see some potentials....but that didn't turn out.... so, Then we did FH at the FHC. Then went to the apt.

Monday- Woke up and did laundry! :D had a fun time and a good study! :D Now we are here emailing.

Week 34

Monday- After emails, we went back to the apt and Elder Kay packed for transfers. I cleaned up the apt and wrote my wonderful girlfriend a letter! :D Then we had dinner with the Bennetts. I. went with us and we had a great time!I got a really boss picture with Elder Kay and I. with our brownies! That's all they were. Lol. Then we showed I. a magic trick with a water bottle and a penny! That was super awesome! :D hahaha. We got dropped off at our apt and talked to I. mom for about 30-45 minutes! That was a great time and a changing point in our relationship! First time that we've been able to meet the mom and talk to her! :D

Tuesday- I woke up early because I saw Elder Jensen in my doorway freaking out because the bike rack to their car was missing a pin! Hahaha. I said some dumb stuff (I was half asleep! Hahaha) then later woke up and got the apt ready and Elder Kay's stuff finished being packed up. Then Elder Kay and I shared a seat, yes.... one seat!..... all the way to Hobbs, 1.5 hrs.... hahaha. #missionlife! We said our goodbyes and then I was on exchanges with Elder Balin all day. During personal study I set up dinner apts! Hahah. Had a pretty sweet time! Taught some people and then we even contacted some Spanish people! Hahaha. I enjoyed it! Picked up Elder Stone and the Spanish missionaries and the Sisters followed me back, seeing as how I was the only one who knew how to get back. Haha. We got back and got the sisters set up! Helped T,  a LA in the sisters ward, move stuff and also talked to their neighbor, an investigator. Got them a third mattress and then let Elder Stone unpack some. We stopped by the Felt's house and I printed off a few pics for planner covers. Haha. Then we picked up Lovingsbend and went to the church for volleyball. :D We gave them their car back. Then we played volleyball and got a ride home from the Spanish Elders. Nice and busy day.

Wednesday- Got up with the Spanish elders early and we went running beside the river! I really enjoyed it!! Even though I hate running! It was great weather and really beautiful! Then we had studies after showers. Had District Meeting at the FHC. Then we biked up to Quail Hollow. We had a great lesson with L.R.! Really great time. Been over a month since we've seen him. He's always super busy! Then we went shopping with the Spanish! Got some needed groceries. Afterward we had a bomb lesson with I. Talked for a bit and then related it to the gospel. Read Ether 12:27 and talked about how it applies to his life right now. He really appreciated it. Then the Zone Leaders drove us back to the apt and picked up the Pecos River Elders' bikes! Then we biked and tried by people. No luck! Had dinner at the Haake's. That was really nice. Then went out to the W's with Brother Barney! We had a lesson on the Plan of Salvation again. Joseph was going crazy.... but Elder Stone was the Jungle Gym!! hahaha. #I'MFREE!!!!!!!!!

Thursday- Had studies and then went to FHL. Then we ate lunch and helped A.V. at her house! She's suppose to find out her family history info! Super awesome!! hahaha. Then we went and saw J., Sister Strieby, and L.! Had some pretty good lessons and then we ate dinner at the Horrock's. We had a great time there. Then we drove in Spanish's car to basketball. I. and his dad came and had an amazing time!!! Really awesome!! Then at basketball, I read scriptures and talked to I. and had a bomb lesson in between games! :D I LOVE MY CALLING!!!

Friday- Had studies and then we weekly planned! Ate lunch and went and saw the W's with Sister Sullivan! We still had Spanish's car so we met her at the W's! Had a good lesson and read 2 Nephi 29. Then we went finding and found some boss potentials! Afterward we had a lesson with A.M. at the FHC. Sweet time. We had dinner at the Davis's! Great steak dinner! <3 :D Then we went and supported R. at his baptism! He's such a wonderful guy and a great follower of Jesus Christ! We actually found him at the laundry mat where we do our laundry and had to turn him over to the Lovingsbend Elders! :'(. hahaha. He was Honestly GOLDEN!!! Love that guy! Then Brother Herbst gave us a ride home! Nice time.

Saturday- We had studies and then service at the zoo! We got the Spanish and Lovingsbend Elders to come with us! Then we had lunch and the Spanish took us back to the zoo to grab my camera.... haha. Oops! Lol. Then we helped a LA, J.S.! We moved HUMONGOUS slabs of stone and made him some stairs! Really neat, but really heavy!!! haha. Loved the hard work! Then we got cleaned up and had dinner at the Fairbanks! Great time. Had Waffles!! <3 then we stopped by and had a short lesson with L. on his porch! Then we got in I.'s house and talked with his whole family!! ANOTHER CHANGING POINT!!!! Really good for our relationship!

Sunday- We got up and had personal study. Went to correlation with Brother Freston and had a good sacrament meeting. :D Then we had the rest of church! After church we met a former investigator and he really loved us! We taught him from the BOM. Then we went and taught I. again! Had a great time with him in his yard joking around and balling in the street. Then we sat down and read from the scriptures! Afterward we stopped by and talked to some Spanish guys, then we referred the Spanish missionaries to them! Hahaha. Ended up teaching W. and D. Read 1 Nephi 6-7. It was a good time and they liked it. Then we had dinner at the Clement's. Had stuffed peppers! Really nice! Then Brother Clements went with us and we found a LA that has a daughter turning 8 soon! We talked to her and are gonna start teaching her daughter! Really sweet! Then we did FH at the FHC and I typed Rex Felt a recommendation letter. Then we went to the apt.

Monday- Woke up and went to do laundry! :D  Now we are here emailing.

Week 33

Monday- After emails, I got changed and played disk golf on the course here in Carlsbad with the Pecos River Elders. It was pretty fun! After that, we went back to Spanish's apt and picked up Elder Kay. I busted my shins trying to jump a big rail at their apt! My shins were dented and hurt super bad! Went back to the apt to shower and clean up so we could go have dinner at the Freston's! Had Navajo tacos!! That was super good! Then we went to L's and talked with him. Talked a lot about how Satan has tons of influence in the world and famous people! Then we learned that Michael Jackson isn't dead (along with a ton of other famous people)!!! lol :D Super fun. Then we biked back to our apt.

Tuesday- Had studies and then went to District Meeting. I was in charge of the role play section of DM!!! We did a bomb role play and everyone learned a lot! Its amazing how the Spirit will testify of the truths we say! At one part, Elder Gutierrez taught Elder Kay the First Vision in Spanish!! And Elder Kay didn't understand a single word... But, the Spirit still testified that what he was saying was true! It's important that we teach with conviction!! The way we testify and teach matters!!! Then we had lunch at our apt :D. Afterwards we went and taught W and D! What a fun time! We got to read more of the BOM with them! :D They are doing really well!! Then we went out to the W's and started the new member lessons!!! They have such strong testimonies! A helped us teach the restoration to her mom again! Lol. That was super awesome!!!! Love them! AND best of all..... Brother Barney was with us so HE was the human jungle gym!!! Not ME!!!! YASSSSSS!!!!! Then we had dinner at the Hansen's! WAFFLES!!! Super Bomb! They honestly have the cutest kids!!! Then we went to volleyball! Really great time! Had a few BOSS saves!

Wednesday- Had morning sports for the first time in forever! It was great. Had some good basketball time! Went back to apt and got cleaned up, ate breakfast, and had studies as usual. :D Then we went and did service at FHL! That was good. Went back to the apt and had lunch and comp study. Then we had a lesson at the Family History Center with A.M.! We read from the BOM and helped her understand it and follow the story line. Then we had a lesson at S's. She READ THE BOM!!!!! She read all of Mosiah 3. That was a great time! We reread it with her and explained and answered her questions. Then we went to Sonic and got a drink at the very end of happy hour! It was 4:59:34 when I drifted in on my bike (in a car parking spot!! lol) and pressed the red button as fast as I could!!! I was making sure i got my slushie 1/2 priced! Lol. Got a slushie and then talked with I. and walked with him home! Nice time and REALLY NICE DRINK!!! hahaha. Then we biked to our apt and got picked up by Brother Brown. We had dinner over there and then we got our bikes and went to see some potential investigators, R. and D. We had a good chat with them and got to know them better. That was super good for our relationship! Then we biked back to our apt.

Thursday- We had studies and then went to FHL again! Helped them out for a bit. Did a lot of heavy moving for them! Found out I lost one of my bike lock keys... luckily, i have a spare! :D Then we had lunch and comp study in our apt. Next we biked against 45-60 mph winds and stopped by the Strieby's but, no male was home... so we cruised back across town and went and helped L. in her house with the house work! :D Then we did some weekly planning! We had dinner at the Felt's (chicken noodle soup and home made bread!) and then went to basketball! My shins were hurting from Monday, so I didn't do the best. Just shot from the outside mainly! Super fun night though!

Friday- Had studies and then we went to the zoo and did service with Pecos River! Really nice. Bought me a snack on way there. :D We are trimming up the parking lot still! I really love going and doing the manual labor! Super awesome!!! Then we went back to the apt and had lunch and comp study. After that, we went and did service at A.V.'s house! We mowed her lawn! I ran the weed eater the whole time! Haha. Love putting in some work. Then we went back to the apt, got cleaned up and finished our weekly planning! We found out that the Pecos River Elders are being pink washed (getting sisters)!!! CRAZY!! Then we went and had dinner at the Strieby's!! Afterward, we had a lesson at the Family History Center with A! Super nice. Then we did half our family history. A bought us and the Pecos River elders a pizza to share. They gave me the pizza... so I took off on my bike and then ran around the apts twice! They couldn't catch me! Hah hah. The pizza was MINE!!! lol. But, I was nice and let them in after I locked them all out! Hahaha. We ate pizza and had a great time! Fun night.

Saturday- We woke up and helped Jennifer from FHL move!! That was super fun. She had the cutest kids! Then we had our LAST lunch with the Winan's! :'(  REALLY gonna miss them!! Then we had personal study and finished our family history hour! Thaw was super sweet. Then we went and biked around town trying to see people.... NO LUCK AT ALL!!! Super sad. So I parked my bike on the side of the busy road and said a prayer on my bike! I felt to call I. So I did and he told us to come over. We biked over and had a great talk with him! :D I can see him slowly changing. Then we biked back to our apt and got picked up by Brother Fairbanks. We had a bomb dinner at their house and then went back to our apt for calls!!!!! I am staying and will be getting Elder Stone as a companion! Elder Kay will be going to Odessa 2^nd East to be with Elder Gorham. Super fun and funny night! Then Elder Kay started packing and I started to get the apt cleaned some more!!!

Sunday- got up and had personal study. We went to correlation with Brother Freston and had a good sacrament meeting! The W's are still coming :D. So is A.M. and her mom! Super excited and love these people! We got called out of gospel principles to have a stake correlation meeting. Then we went to Priesthood class. :D. After church we went back to the apt and had lunch. Elder Kay packed some more. I wrote a letter and wrote in my journal too! Slow day because he has to pack and get ready to leave. It's sad to watch your companion pack up to leave. Then we went and had dinner at the Barney's! Super great time. Had breakfast and then took some boss pictures there! Did a few magic tricks as well! Then we went to the family history center and Elder Kay gave Rudy a baptismal interview. :D Super great day. Really tiring too!

Week 32

Monday- After emails, I got changed and balled at the rec center with the Lovingsbend and Pecos River Elders. Pretty fun! After that, we went back to apt, showered and cleaned up so we could go give a blessing to Sister Mortensen's friend in the hospital. Great blessing and he really appreciated it! Then went and had dinner at the Felts and had Fajitas. Super good!! Then we changed at our apt and went and helped Brother Anderson do some more remodeling! :D I love it! I really miss working with my dad! Super fun time!!!!

Tuesday-I woke up and started my fast. It was fun day though! Had district meeting.It was nice! After District Meeting, the zone leaders ate at our apt and I wrote in my journal lol. Then we went and tried to teach some investigators! The first few didn't happen, but then we taught W and D! Super good lesson and they really enjoyed learning about the Gospel of Jesus Christ! Turned out to be a really boss lesson and Darlene shared how she knew what we were sharing was true! Then we stopped and talked to I. for a little! It really helps people when you show that you care about them and are willing to listen and have a conversation instead of a sit down lesson!! Then we went to the W's with brother Vaandekratts. I entertained the kids while Elder Kay and Brother Vaandekratts talked to them about their baptism. They shared with us their side of their conversion story! haha. It was super funny and spiritual. Then we had dinner at Brother Vaandekratts real quick and we went to play volleyball. No one showed up...It was Valentines day! hahaha. So, I lost my name tag and had to go back to brother Vaandekratts to find it! I found it luckily!! :D :D :D

Wednesday- We had studies and then drove to Roswell! Got free lunch at McCalisters in Artesia! Super great!!! Went on exchanges with the Zone Leaders! I was with Elder Hawes again! :D We did a ton of service and then taught 2 LA's. Pretty sweet time overall! We got to ride on a stretcher in a minivan! hahaha. Super funny! :D Did some great teaching! I was working on teaching more simply and Elder Hawes said I did Great! So, I'm gonna keep trying to apply what we did! After our lessons, we had leadership training and exchange review. Was a great time! We both helped each other set goals of how we could improve! Really boss! :D Then after getting ready for bed he basically acted out some scary movie he remembered! It was super funny. hahaha

Thursday- We had studies, took a few pictures, and then headed back to Carlsbad! We got free lunch at McCalisters and put it in the fridge at our apt! lol. Then we had lunch with the Winans at Danny's Place! Super bomb! Then we taught W and D again! We read the testimony of Joseph Smith! Super great lesson and great for D. to feel the Spirit! Then we went and saw Sister Strieby. I love that lady! She's sooooooo funny! haha. Then we had dinner at the Barney's. Biked up C Hill to get there! Great dinner! Then cruised super fast down C hill!! hahaha. so fast, my front tire was wobbling! hahaha. Then we went and saw Levi. Had an AMAZING lesson on the Plan of Salvation!! Super nice. We were able to really intrigue him and let him see life in a new light!! Then we taught A.M.  Read about Noah's Ark and the barges that the Brother of Jared built and how light was provided in both of them. It was great! That really amazed her! I love sharing super boss lessons like that! Super good!!!

Friday- We had studies and then went to FHL to do some paper work for them for service! Then we went back and had lunch in our apt. I ate my left over McCallisters! :D and then we weekly planned. That was pretty sweet. I enjoyed it. Then we went and saw S! We talked to her for a long time and then gave her a Book of Mormon and shared Helaman 5:12. She really loved it and was glad we gave her a Book of Mormon! Then we had dinner at the Bennett's! Elder Kay gave their kids haircuts afterward! They really appreciated it! :D Then we came back to the apt and gave the Spanish Elders hair cuts as well! :D

Saturday- We had studies and then went and saw A.V.! Shared a little bit about the gospel with her! She appreciated us coming to see her! We biked a ways to get there! Lol. Then we had lunch in our apt and picked up Spanish's car. We did service at a lady house named L! Shelled a ton of pecans and she talked our ears off! My hands were raw! Did like a 20-30 gallon storage tub!! Then we cleaned up and got ready to teach! Stopped by J.S. Really nice LA guy! First time I had ever met him! Talked to him and set up some service so we could come back and get to know him better. Really neat guy. Went out to the W's in Spanish's car and taught them! Was really nice lesson! Then had dinner from McCalister's at the Family History Center! We taught A.M. at the same time! Great night!

Sunday- We woke up at 5:45 AM and got ready to drive to Roswell for Stake Conference! We had a missionary meeting before conference! It was super awesomem. There were great talks at conference and President Heap blew my mind with his talk!!! Super great!! He's is one of the best men I know!! Love him sooo much!!! Then we got a snack at the church, broke into the zone leaders apt and got a water, and rode home! Pretty great time! Got another cool picture outside of Roswell!! Great time! Once back, we took our time for lunch and napped! Super long day already! Then we went over to Pecos River's apt and had companionship inventory with them! Turned out super awesome and productive!!!!!! then had dinner at the Twitchell's, shared a spiritual thought, and then did family history...and helped Elder Clarke look for his lost wallet. Fun night.

Monday- Woke up and went to do laundry! :D Now we are here emailing.

Week 31

Monday- We had a great day. We ate lunch at the Fairbank's and played cards with them! Then packed and ate dinner at the Freston's. We rode with Lovingsbend to Midland. I slept the whole way! lol. I have to take sleep where I can get it! Elder Kay cut hair for some missionaries there. I wrote in journal and talked to some old pals! Then I was nice and let the other missionaries have the mattresses and I slept on the floor.... I didn't sleep but like 3 hours... that was a HARD floor! lol. But, I was able to serve others! So it was well worth it!

Tuesday-  Had zone conference this week! It was super awesome! Then we got the new missionary schedule! Its pretty sweet! It lets us exercise agency more!! After that, we left and stopped at chic-fil-a. I'm related to my dad....I got a large lemonade and a large ice cream cone!!! hahaha. Then we rode home! We got home at 8 pm and Sister Butler brought us dinner. Then we went to bed. Super long day! Lots of sleep in car though! Lost my pocketknife :'(

Wednesday- Had studies and then did service at FHL! We had to walk...our bikes were at the Fairbank's... then after service we walked to the Fairbank's and picked them up! Then we had lunch in the apt. I have been eating sandwiches lately. Then we had a lesson with A.M. at the FHC and read from the scriptures! We are helping her now to gain a testimony of the scriptures. Then we had dinner at Brother Anderson's and helped him remodel his house! I love using all the skills that I learned growing up! Super sweet! Then he got us slushies from sonic with his kids! 

Thursday- We studied and then did service at A. V.'s with Lovingsbend! Super boss. We helped her get pecans out of trees and shelled them. Then we got cleaned up and had lunch with the Winan's! Next we had interviews at the chapel. I love interviews with President Heap! he told me a lot of cool and awesome things!! Then we had a lesson at the FHC with the W.'s. We prepped them for baptism and confirmation and then had dinner at the Horrock's and basketball! I. and D. both came to basketball and had an amazing time!! 

Friday- We studied and then service at the zoo! We stopped and the other elders got some drinks before hand.... 99 cent Mt. Dew's.... so tempting! but, I didn't! I am still 8 months without soda! :D Then we did ton of work at the zoo! We had lunch at the apt. Weekly planned and then talked to some potentials. No lessons.... then we ate dinner at Denny's with the Mortensen's. We had a lesson afterward with A.M. again! It is amazing to see someone gain a testimony!! 

Saturday-  We went to help Rex Felt with his eagle project! I threw 150 lbs+ down a hill for over an hour and a half...I was super tired when we left!!!! Then we played football at the park with some members. We got cleaned up and went to church to fill the font! I finished my talk as well! A member brought us burritos for lunch. The baptisms were great! Brother Barney baptized J and A and me and Elder Kay gave talks! The Spirit was crazy strong!!! After the baptisms, we talked to a potential and really got her to open up to us. That was sweet! We had dinner with D. and A. and then did family history!

Sunday- We had studies and then correlation and ward council. Church was super great! I got to confirm J! That was super powerful and great!! Then we had a great sacrament meeting! All the lessons at church were very good! Afterward we went back to apt and had companion study and lunch. We ate during companion study and took a nap during lunch! lol. We were super tired! Then we talked to L and J and really got to see what matters to them! Then we saw Sister M and got to talk to her and help her. What a sweet lesson! We met a new side of her! Then we saw the Strieby's! I love them. Then we ate dinner at the Bennett's. Great time and then looked at Mormon memes afterward! We had great time getting to know them better! 

Monday-  I woke up early and got ready to do laundry. We biked down again and did laundry and studied during it! Then we went shopping...got milk and a book-bag for exchanges and now I'm here emailing!
